First of all I just want to say THANK YOU on behalf of our group! We had a wonderful spring break in your cabin get away. The little extra expressions of home and thoughtfulness were just everywhere... What a great time it was. The cabin exceeded all our expecations, the scenery and the hikes were just unbelievable.
We're a group of old friends that just had a terrific time getting away. Like most people we all look so "normal" on the outside, we are a group of close friends made up of teachers, mental health therapist, attorney, CEO of a medical facility, principal and a high school counselor. In our group of friends we have experienced the death of a husband, a daughter, father, brother and sister. We have some who have lived through cancer and one who is currently on chemo. We came with our life's baggage but it was good to set it down for a while and just relax.
The girls all sat around the campfire one night while the guys were watching basketball and shared our dreams, our fears of the past and the future. We sang karaoke, grilled out and laughed until our sides hurt. And we renewed our motto: Life may not be the party you had hoped it would be but you're here, you might as well dance!

Dear Jeff,
I overlooked writing a note in your guest book before our family left the Harmony Mountain Retreat on July 17, and I do want to tell you what a superb time we had in your beautiful log cabin. All the furnishings were so beautiful and we couldn't have been more comfortable - all 19 of us. I had no idea the kitchen would be so well stocked with cooking ware and even staples - all our needs were met. As the "birthday lady," it was so rewarding not to have to be in charge of anything; my daughter, my sons, grandchildren and the stepchildren handled it all more than capably. I just let them all wait on me hand and foot! It certainly was a super way to celebrate a 75th birthday.
You may be sure I will recommend your facilities to anyone needing a large gathering place in a beautiful area. Thank you so much!

Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at the Harmony Mountain Retreat this past weekend. We found your facilities perfectly suited to our needs, and we are considering Harmony Mountain again for our next reunion in 2009.
I will be returning to Harmony Mountain Retreat in March of 2008 with a group of quilting friends from several states. I have attended retreats with these ladies over the past five years and I introduced them to your website last summer.

We just wanted you to know that we had a wonderful time at your lodge! We weren’t there 5 minutes and the kids were saying we needed to come back and stay a week! We had a ball. The kids are already so excited about our trip in 2008!
